Please contact me if you have any problems with your item(s) and I will do my best to fix the matter at hand.
Damaged Items: If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us by email within 3 days of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received.
All damaged items are to be returned/received before a replacement is sent. A store credit will be issued in case of out of stock items.
The Soul Pretty Collection will provide a pre-paid label for approved damaged returns.
All items must be returned in its original condition.
If you happen to receive an incorrect item, please email a picture of what was received to thesoulprettycollection@gmail.com. We will provide you with a pre-paid label in order for you to return the incorrect item. Please return the item in its original condition, unworn and unaltered.
